Topic: Haiti poem...i havent posted here in a while.

Most of us havent heard of the country
So the mindset is "its all about me"
With all the distractions one tends to forget
That all the suffering is far from over yet 

All of sudden people lost their lives
But somehow there were a few who survived
Under the wrekage is where the children lay
We can't feel the pain, but inside we pray
 
Someone tell me that Barack has a plan?
It's to take as much action as we can
And we thought our economy was horrible?
Well at least you will wake up tomorrow
 
So its not impossible to reach out
Now i hope that Haiti can find a way out

i dont write much but it came up for my british literature class.... hope u like it! if not its totally ok!

you're right people do forget.but you remembered and hopefully alot of people will think of the victims in  their prayers

wow , i really love that, it's amazing, it's eye opening in the sense of the subject of it and it reli touches upon the sufferers of it like in depth, and in a reli good way,  great job
