Topic: Next Album

With word  out the next album will be released this year what type of music do you think it will be and what kind do you hope for?

I am told by some pop rock is out and techno is in but I dont see kelly doing techno and hope it is more breakaway style since that was her most popular. Personally I really didnt like much with MD

Well I like techno music So if it's gonna be techno it would be awesome, but it will probably be some dance/techo/pop sound, and it will probably be cool!

well i want kelly to go bluesy but i gues the label won't let her so i hope kelly makes a pop album with max martin,dr luke & justin timberlake

Oh please! No techno! I wouldn't be able to listen to it if it was techno. I loved MD though Art so if she did release another one like that I wouldn't mind.

I have to agree with Thera. An acoustic album would be nice. Anything would be great though, except techno, although I didn't care much for AIEW, if she put out another one like it, I would just except it and go on.

everybody says nothing for repeat styles of any previous album will be allowed so that is out. acoustic wouldnt be bad depending on style of music/songs

if they stuck by that saying that wouldnt have changed/fix the breakaway style as it was doing great and didnt break but they tried to fix/change it and look how sales count dropped in comparison

I would like to see some acoustic/ bluesyness.  But that won't be happening and mostlikely it will sound the same as Breakaway, My December and All I Ever Wanted.  Because everytime she says it's "different" it follows the same format as the previous album. soo... I think it will be the same.

Die Hard Kelly Fan...I agree with an acoustic/soul style of album...that would be a "fan favorite"  for sure..I am not liking the idea of another "eclectic"  album...maybe she should just pump out whatever she can get away with in order to finish up her contract and start doing what she wants to do.
